We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  LATE APPOINTMENTS: You will be given a 10 min grace period. Clients who arrive late are subject to have their services cut down to ensure the rest of our day runs smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment/accept walk-ins.  NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS: A 50% charge of the appointment missed will be charged to the credit card on file.
