We recommend booking ahead to make sure we have space for you and can give your service the time it deserves. Walk-ins are always welcome when availability allows.

We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. If you’re running late, we offer a 10-minute grace period; services may be adjusted to keep the day running smoothly, and we may need to cancel the appointment or accept walk-ins. No-shows or late cancellations are charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Gift cards are available online and in store. They never expire, and can be used toward any service at either location.

Service prices listed on our website reflect our Roncesvalles location. Pricing for our Queen West studio is shown in full when booking online. This helps ensure accuracy and clarity for each location.

Clean practices are a big part of how we do things. All tools are properly disinfected using Preempt CS20, and files and buffers are single-use only. Surfaces are cleaned between every client, and our team follows consistent sanitation standards throughout the day.

Absolutely — we love welcoming families, especially for little milestone moments. Children are welcome for select services with supervision, and for group bookings or special occasions, we recommend reaching out ahead of time so we can best accommodate you.
